IMD Legion, the London-based dance crew and stars of Britain’s Got Talent, are offering an amazing prize to the winner of the ‘Future Leader’ category at this year’s Girls Active Awards.
India from IMD (pictured below) will teach a group of girls from the prize winner’s school in a unique dance workshop.
India is 21-years-old and one of the eldest members of IMD.
She has been dancing since the age of 11 and started off in a small local group called Dynamix. Since then, she has danced with Boy Blue Ent for two years and performed in Pied Piper.
India has also been a backing dancer for Akai Osei, winner of Got to Dance. It was during her time dancing with Akai that she met the founder of IMD, Omar Ansah-Awuah.
She has been dancing alongside the 60 plus members of IMD for the last six years.
India has assisted with some of the choreography you see today on IMD’s social media sites and also teaches dance workshops in east London.
